We understand that you may have questions about our refund policy. Please read the following details carefully to understand our terms regarding domain and hosting services:
Domain Registration, Renewal, and Transfer Refunds
- There will be no refund for Domain Registration, Domain Renewal, or Domain Transfer.
Domain Delete Warning
- Domain Deletion Fee: A $3 charge applies for domain deletion requests.
Domain Transfer/Renewal Refunds
- Important Note: We regret to inform you that domain renewal amounts are non-refundable, as domains are maintained by OUR YES DOMAIN.
- Domain Transfer Fees: Once deducted, the domain transfer amount is also non-refundable.
Hosting Refund Policy
Our Hosting Refund Policy provides clarity on refund procedures, including two convenient options for clients:
- Hosting Renewal Refund: There will be no refund for hosting renewals.
- New Hosting Refund: If you cancel a new hosting order within 24 hours of booking, you can choose one of the following refund options:
- Refund to the same payment method: Once we complete the cancellation process, your refund is initiated immediately. In some cases, the amount may reflect in your account instantly, but it can take up to 7 to 14 working days depending on your payment provider.
NOTE :- Please note, any applicable payment gateway charges will be automatically deducted, so the refund amount might be slightly reduced.
- Credit to your wallet: You may opt to have the refund credited to your account wallet, which can be used for your next purchase. We will also provide you with an email guide on how to use the wallet credit for future transactions. This option is best for you , because gateway charge is already paid in this amount. “This option is highly beneficial as no additional gateway charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.”
- Refund to the same payment method: Once we complete the cancellation process, your refund is initiated immediately. In some cases, the amount may reflect in your account instantly, but it can take up to 7 to 14 working days depending on your payment provider.
After the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
To Use Wallet Credit:
Simply proceed to the checkout billing page, where you’ll see an “Apply Credit” button. By clicking this button, the amount in your wallet will be automatically deducted from your total. If you need assistance with this process, our WhatsApp support team is available to guide you.

Notice: Free Domain with Hosting
- Free Domain Claim: You must claim the free domain with hosting within 48 hours. After this period, the domain cannot be claimed. Please act swiftly to secure your free domain and hosting package.
Eligibility: The free domain offer is only applicable for hosting plans of 1 year or more. Monthly and hosting plans of less than 1 year are not eligible for the free domain.
Reporting Abuse
- Partnership with GoDaddy: As we are a part of GoDaddy, please read this article for abuse reporting: GoDaddy Abuse Reporting.
- KYC Verification: We reserve the right to request KYC verification for your account at any time. This is part of our commitment to maintaining a spam-free community.
- Abuse or Scam Detection: If we identify or are notified of any abuse or scam, we may suspend your domain and request video KYC verification.
- Domain Reactivation: After a successful video KYC verification, your domain will be reactivated within 72 hours. If we do not receive your KYC, your domain will remain on hold. “However, if any trademark violations or fraudulent activities are detected, the domain will remain inactive even after completing KYC because we do not promote spam activity.”
- Non-Refundable Domains: Domains that are flagged as fraudulent or on hold are non-refundable and non-transferable without valid KYC.
- .IN Domain Policy: All .IN domains are managed by NIXI and are subject to mandatory KYC verification as per .IN Registry and NIXI policies.
Cancellation Process
- Service Termination: You may terminate or cancel services from the Control Panel (CP).
- Obligations Upon Cancellation: If you cancel services, you are obligated to pay any accrued fees and charges prior to the cancellation.
- Suspension of Account: If you request suspension or cancellation of your account, you will lose access to the control panel, and you will no longer be able to renew products or update account information. However, somecase services purchased will remain accessible until the end of the prepaid term.
Account / Service Termination
- Cancelling Services: You may cancel services from the Control Panel or cancel your order directly.
- Suspension and Cancellation: Once you suspend or cancel your account, you will not be able to control your services. Any active services will be terminated as per your request.
Refund Policy – Updated Clause
No Refund Policy for Fraudulent Activities
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for any services suspended due to fraudulent activities, abuse, or policy violations. If a domain is terminated or suspended due to any of the following reasons, the user will not be eligible for a refund:
- Engaging in phishing, fraud, or impersonation of real brands.
- Hosting misleading content related to financial scams or fake business registrations.
- Receiving multiple abuse complaints from legal authorities or domain registries.
- Failing to complete KYC verification when requested.
- Being blacklisted by ICANN, the domain registry, or cybersecurity agencies.
Refund requests will not be entertained for any domain or hosting services involved in abuse cases, and the decision of the company will be final and non-negotiable.
